1. AI-Generated Content Ownership

Any content generated by our AI tools is provided to you under a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for your use. You acknowledge that TPT Platform retains no ownership over the generated content beyond the initial generation.

2. Liability Limitations

TPT Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the TPT Platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for credit purchases or subscription plans are provided at the discretion of TPT Platform. If you experience issues with our services, including failed AI generations, please contact support for assistance. Refunds may be issued for credits not used or for subscription periods not utilized.

These terms are subject to change at any time without notice. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
